My journey did not begin with certifications.
It began with a fascination for human connection, relationships, personal growth, and transformation. Like many people, I have walked through burnout, self-doubt, emotional pain, shame, and disconnection.

Those experiences inspired me to explore deeper questions about intimacy, authenticity, confidence, relationships, and what it truly means to feel alive.

Today, I feel more whole, confinent within myself. I do what I love to do. I`m grateful for how much pleasure I can feel through my body. And love to share it with others, create the experiance where they can feel the same..

✍️ Naked Diary ✍️ — The Art of Giving and Receiving

One of the most surprising discoveries of my adult life was realizing how much joy I could bring to another person simply by allowing myself to enjoy what they were offering.

Not performing.
Not giving something back.
Not trying to earn it.
Simply receiving.
For a long time, that was difficult for me.

Looking back, getting top grades in mathematics at university felt easier than learning how to simply receive someone’s generosity without feeling the need to earn it, justify it, or give something in return.

Perhaps some of you know exactly what I mean.
You are the responsible one.
The capable one.
The one who takes care of others.
The one who carries the weight.
Giving feels natural.

Receiving can feel surprisingly uncomfortable.
Yet life slowly showed me something beautiful.
Some people genuinely love giving.

They love sharing their favorite places.
Their favorite food.
Their favorite stories.
They love creating an experience and seeing another person truly enjoy it.
And that was my revelation.

By fully receiving, I was also giving.

My presence.
My curiosity.
My appreciation.
My joy.

For some people, that is one of the greatest gifts they can receive.

✨ Giving and receiving are not opposites.

They are partners.
A dance.
A beautiful exchange.

Today I understand that some of life’s most extraordinary experiences happen when two people allow themselves to fully participate in that exchange.

🤲 One willing to give.
🤲 One willing to receive.
🤲 And then, without effort, they begin to do both.

This realization changed my life.
Not because I suddenly had more.
But because I experienced more.

More connection.
More beauty.
More joy.
More presence.

I know how much courage it sometimes takes to lower the walls, let go of control, and simply enjoy what is being offered.

Whether that happens during a meaningful conversation, a shared adventure, or while receiving nourishing full-body care and allowing myself to drift on waves of relaxation, pleasure, and presence.

Of course, only with someone I trust and who respects my boundaries.

Some of the most beautiful moments I have experienced were never about performance.

They were about trust.
Presence.
Connection.

Two people meeting each other fully.

Both free to give.
Both free to receive.

Both free to enjoy the experience they create together.

💫 There is a beautiful framework called Wheel of Consent that explores the difference between giving, receiving, serving, and accepting. It completely changed the way I look at connection, intimacy, and human exchange.

But that is a story for another article.
